| My husband Jack and I first met Thierry Adam fourteen years ago when he was the resident chef for an evening at a dinner party hosted by close friends.
Since that night, we have enjoyed many superb dinners prepared by Thierry in our home when entertaining friends, celebrating a special birthday, or hosting family holiday dinners. Thierry easily has handled our sit-down dinner parties for forty or more guests and has prepared sumptuous buffet suppers for crowds of a hundred or more, two evenings in a row!
His cooking is always innovative and presented with flair. In addition to serving consistently delicious food, Thierry is extremely organized and efficient. He always is punctual, arriving with plenty of time to do the preparation and cooking in our home. He uses his own utensils and everything is immaculate, in perfect order, when he leaves. He is never rushed and easily works his way through the preparation of what appears to me to be very complicated menus. |
