Chef Thierry Adam has prepared many elegant dinners for me in the 11 years I have known him. He is the only chef I happily receive into my home. I have come to think of him as a part of my family. Thierry is extremely professional, courteous and very reliable. He has a very wide repertoire of beautiful meals and desserts that he prepares. His presentation is also exquisite.
My friends are always delighted when Thierry is cooking and he has expanded his clientele through the years because of the fabulous meals he has done for me. |
